I am getting old!

I went to lunch with my friend Katie this weekend (go T-bird's) who said she "twittered" a friend. I had no clue what that was...and then was mocked (in a fun friendly way) for not being on facebook by my other friend Shonna (go T-bird's). Well I feel like I can barely keep up with my blog as is, I usually read email only and respond twice a week to those emails that are important...and any spare time I have I usually try to spend sleeping. Our YW lesson today was about murmmering (however I only heard about 5 minutes before I had to take Carson out) so I don't mean for this as a complaint...but my life is about 90% focused on my children and 10% focused on other things (such as shopping and sleeping). I really do feel grateful to be a mom and love it, but it has limited my free technology time and therefore, I really am lacking in the realm of technology (it happened so fast). Overall, I don't mind. I love my time with my little ones. I love having playdates, going to the Science Museum, Library etc...it is like a constant party for me too and I know that in a few years they'll be the ones mocking me for not knowing technology stuff...but I will keep up with them so they can't pull a fast one on me. Sydney and Carson are growing so fast...it's funny how in just a few years life can change so quickly. Sydney said the cutest thing...we frequently have frosted mini-wheats for breakfast and I decided to switch it up...so we had cinnamon life. After Sydney's first bite she said, "these are the best mini-wheats ever". It was so funny.

Cinnamon life does sound like the best mini wheats ever. :) I don't know what a Twitter is either.

Don't feel bad- I am on facebook and have no idea what Twitter is either! Time does goes by quickly though. Spencer just turned 6- can you believe it?

It's true, you have kids and that's where you drop off technology-wise. I can barely get my bro to check e-mail. I'm always forced conform so that I don't get forgotten by all of my single friends.

So Life and Mini-Wheats are Campbell's staple breakfast too! :-)

i love you even if you don't know a Twitter is! I'd love to have a little less technology in my own life but i'm a total addict ; )

I haven't "twittered" yet either and I don't have any good excuses like 2 kids so I think you're good! Your little family is adorable! I miss all you girls. Some of my finest friends ever were made in HB. We will have to have a reunion someday :)

Love,
Jen
