A Valentine Miracle

Yipee...after five months, Carson is taking a pacifier...which is so soothing for him. It has made the past few evenings so peaceful!

I was up early this morning and made cookies. Sydney saw them and of course wanted one. I said that if she ate her entire breakfast she could have one (she never eats her entire breakfast)...but this morning she did. After, she started singing happy birthday cake to you and put cups on top of her head like a party hat. She always adds "cake" to the end of happy birthday. Obviously, her favorite part of birthday's.

Bischoff Updates

Eric recently earned his Blue Belt in Ju Jitsu...a very big deal...CONGRATULATIONS!!! He has also recruited half of our ward to join the local club. I think he needs to consider being a marketer for a club if dentistry starts to turn south for us...or at least get a commission for all of his recruits! What a man!

So you probably think we know where we'll be living near year...but we don't. I can tell you that Carson is 5 months old, really a giant sweetheart who is still not sleeping well. He loves to be with his sister, and Sydney loves to be the big sister. She calls Carson: Little Brother or Tiny Boy...but rarely by his first name. It is still really cold in Boston...and we have had some very fun snow days.

Sydney loves to jump on the bed and stand on dad's hands...and although the photo taken is a little blury...she is going to be a great cheerleader.

Carson in his favorite toy again...he really loves it here!!!

I am getting old!

I went to lunch with my friend Katie this weekend (go T-bird's) who said she "twittered" a friend. I had no clue what that was...and then was mocked (in a fun friendly way) for not being on facebook by my other friend Shonna (go T-bird's). Well I feel like I can barely keep up with my blog as is, I usually read email only and respond twice a week to those emails that are important...and any spare time I have I usually try to spend sleeping. Our YW lesson today was about murmmering (however I only heard about 5 minutes before I had to take Carson out) so I don't mean for this as a complaint...but my life is about 90% focused on my children and 10% focused on other things (such as shopping and sleeping). I really do feel grateful to be a mom and love it, but it has limited my free technology time and therefore, I really am lacking in the realm of technology (it happened so fast). Overall, I don't mind. I love my time with my little ones. I love having playdates, going to the Science Museum, Library etc...it is like a constant party for me too and I know that in a few years they'll be the ones mocking me for not knowing technology stuff...but I will keep up with them so they can't pull a fast one on me. Sydney and Carson are growing so fast...it's funny how in just a few years life can change so quickly. Sydney said the cutest thing...we frequently have frosted mini-wheats for breakfast and I decided to switch it up...so we had cinnamon life. After Sydney's first bite she said, "these are the best mini-wheats ever". It was so funny.
